    Unlike the extra seasons of Handmaids Tale, this one actually has a corresponding source book from the author, Margaret Atwood.

    Even so, I wasn’t sure what the point was in writing “The Testaments” since the first book stands so strongly on its own. Why weaken its message with a sequel?
