What is even more interesting is that the defeat has been vehemently declared before even the parties named their candidates.

Now excuse me, because US politics are interesting and so, but I need to make popcorn to watch my country’s electoral court respond to the police about their involvement on what is looking like the largest corruption scheme in the country’s history (what’s a really high bar) while they manage what is looking to be the second most polarized election of the century.

Well you see trying to stop a genocide or convince a candidate to come out against it incurs a risk that we might lose an election to a fascist. Luckily since the people who cared are an inconsequential number of non-voting leftists, we can be assured our refusal to take political action or even remotely try to hear out Palestinian voices will guarantee the election. Better to be safe and not try, because that way things can’t get drastically worse right? Right.

I can excuse the genocide of Palestinians funded and enabled by America, but I draw the line at bad things happening to Americans!

Would be a shame if crimes committed abroad create some kind of blowback at home.

One might go so far as to say fascism is just imperialism returning to the imperial core.

Oh well, anyway. Time to bomb Yemen again.
