If this were a real scenario you would have to be careful not to switch back and forth much or you wouldn’t progress until you got new training equipment
You’d go from reading “see spot run” to increase your strength, to later, after exercising having to read textbooks to gain strength.
You would want to max out one stat as far as you can in one go, then switch to the other and do the same.
I had a friend who was in the national under 18 waterpolo team but that was kinda his peak so he instead pursued computer programming. Nowadays he rides hundreds kf kilometers a day while listening to audiobooks to keep fit. Because hes a good programmer and street smart he only works like 3 hours a day and pretends like he needs 8 hours to do the work. Goated way to live i guess.

Or you could do what I did yesterday: listen to most of an audiobook WHILE riding ridiculous distances on an exercise bike 😁
