I unironically love the Windows 9x design philosyphy. Everything is straight to the point with interface that have buttons that almost look like real things you can press.
If you want a better experience you should try Chicago95 but to do that you need to switch to Xfce
It strikes a perfect balance between minimalism and skeuomorphism.
I actually used Chicago95 for a bit and I really liked it, but for some reason the Wayland beta doesn’t work on my PC yet and I can’t tolerate the weird quirks X11 has with my GPU drivers :(
It really whips the llamas ass.
Amp it up
It’s only a couple of days ago that I was meme’ing with some friends that as a Linux user I don’t have a proper image editor, but thanks to you OP I now have the perfect tool for when asked next time.
I loooove KolourPaint, I’ve wanted a program that’s just like the classic MS Paint for such a long time, I was so thrilled when I found it. Only available for Linux users unfortunately
i prefer more of a win7 style with accent color outlines, but win9x style will always look good.
Can you at least credit the OP who originally posted this when reposting? What community did you get this from?
I second this.
I’m not OP, nor OOP, but I think it’s this theme: https://store.kde.org/p/2138468/
