another more in depth article on the trial and fallout of the AMA’s corruption:

    https://chiro.org/Wilk/Wilk_v_AMA_25_Years_Later.shtml

it’s an interesting read about the American Medical Association written by the American Medical Association.

diving further into Steven Novella (the leading critic of chiropractic care), I found multiple articles about how he would constantly use the same tactics and claims used by AMA back before a Judge ruled that their allegations were false and that their tactics were a violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act. and by that I mean he used the exact same claims nearly word for word, pointing to the same exact events in time that the AMA did. – as in his source links in the majority of his criticisms of chiropractors can be found in the above link.

most of Steven Novella’s articles also make claims to him being attacked by quacks and hacks. which is kinda funny considering that his mentor was a member of that disbanded “Committee on Quackery”. It’s obvious where his loyalties lie. with “clearing” his mentor’s name and whitewashing the war on chiropractic care.

He does good work in other fields. however… he has an extreme bias against chiropractors which prevents him from being objective.

  • you use the exact same tactics as MAGA and Trump. Might I suggest you change your lifestyle because I really don’t want to read an article that says “newly licensed Doctor arrested for malpractice in transgender, black and latino patient related deaths” with your social media accounts linked to that doctor. I know it would make Trump love you… but that’s not a great look in the history books.

I get it… you have studied Trump’s tactics and behavior so often when posting the shit he pulls… that you have actually started to think and act like him.

  • It clearly proves that Chiropractors and Acupuncturists are safer than Doctors.

103-115k Licensed Chiropractors in the world and roughly half that for Acupuncturists so let’s say 173k total… at a credited 100-200 deaths total in the world over the past 100 years. let’s say an even split on which profession caused the deaths. that’s 50-100 deaths per profession over a 100 year period. so 1-2 deaths per year.

there are roughly 9 million Doctors worldwide. 1 in 10 patients are harmed by Licensed doctors each year with an average of 3 million Doctor malpractice related deaths per year worldwide and an average of about 250k in America per year. so let’s say a conservative number of deaths in 100 years of Doctors fucking up… and accounting for improvements in medical care laws… 250 million Doctor related deaths in a 100 year period.

boy… 1-2 deaths per year to Chiropractors and Acupuncturists fucking up is such a small number compared to the number of people who die each year due to Licensed Doctors fucking up.

but go ahead and keep pretending you actually have a fucking point and aren’t grasping at straws. I get it… you really wanted to be a doctor. you clearly have met all the prerequisites for being an American doctor. You ignore evidence that doesn’t support your claims, you have a stick shoved so far up your ass that it regularly hits the moon, and you have the fucking god complex to go with that stick up your ass.

but Numbers don’t lie unlike you. I sincerely hope you never actually manage to get a license to practice medicine… you are bound to kill a lot of people with your own arrogance and stupidity. but do let me know if you do get your license so I know what hospital group to avoid.

and hey look… a wiki page… it’s certainly very accurate in describing you and your attempts to ignore how pathetic you really are. after all… ignoring evidence when it’s shoved in your face while saying “see 100-200 people died in a 100 year period, so I am clearly right” is hypocritical at best… but honestly it’s just sad.

  • my favorite is when Jobs require (at an entry level) experience in a program that only their company uses (as in the company made the program for themselves and doesn’t let others use it). or when they require experience in a version of a program that doesn’t exist at all.

    – saw a job posting for an office admin position back in 2018 that required experience in Microsoft Windows 11. Windows 11 didn’t come out till October 5th 2021. I don’t see any keyboard where the “1” and the “0” are right next to each other.

And my personal favorite on job tech requirements was a job posting in 2023 for a medical receptionist position at a mom and pop type of dentist place. they required new employees to buy their own “company” phone (not allowed to use personal phones for any company related calls and required you to be able to take company calls after hours.). The requirements for the phone were weird to say the least… they required all phones to be black (why do you need a color req?) and required either have an iPhone 17 (iPhone 16 hadn’t even come out yet) or a Samsung Galaxy S24 – slightly better in the “it doesn’t exist” category as they were only one version off in their number range. but hey maybe they had fat fingers as “3” is next to “4” but there is no excuse for that iPhone failure. or maybe the Job poster was a time traveler who had his dates mixed up. 😂

but it’s not as bad as the job postings for part time job offers at big companies where they clearly copied and pasted the job descriptions from a template… as in it still had stuff like --insert company name and store location here-- and – insert full time benefits here–. 💀🪦 – looking at you Lowes and Sysco.
