YES. I would federate a car. Not sure about other people.

We can definitely agree to collectively come together and assess every now and then if the best methods we decided last time are still good enough. Tweak stuff as we learn more. The workload to learning ratio can definitely change for homeworks.

I got shocked the other day stepping on live wires… I now have a degree in Electrical Engineering. (Actually Not: My experience is not the same as expertise)

as a CS grad and having worked in software for 10 yrs… this is just delusion.

well yes, I was arguing what HazardousBanjo said. I am on voyager. My initial comment to their parent comment is below yours and the comment from luthis, but not in reply to you.

you ignore tonnes of happy users whose app ecosystems worked day-1 on linux at parity or even better than windows.

because advocating against the current DNC establishment is a necessary step to take to stopping the rachet and pinion mechanism. As long as people like chuck schumer exist in the party you can’t be serious about change while advocating to “vote blue no matter who”
and why do you think that is? Not plundering of resources and redistribution of them upwards?
Having an over abundance in one part pf the world and scarcity in another isn’t a world of abundance.
You’re so close to realizing wherever humans settled had enough to sustain civilization. It’s the plundering, wars, genocides, privatization of national respurces that cause the scarcity.
that would be arguing that i am speaking as if everybody’s needs have been met NOW which I am not saying. Don’t deliberately misinterpret my comment. Don’t pretend that part of why Nigerians don’t have abundance is not imperialist colonialism 2.0 wrapped in the flag of freedom, democracy and development.
we don’t live in a world of abundance
literally all studies about this make you wrong

I suppose this is a convenient go to to keep the status quo for people who speak about doing good things but don’t want to rock the boat. When change through peaceful means becomes impossible then non-peaceful events start to take place, and there won’t be any order compared to planned and coordinated transition away from the awful systems in place. Would you like to live through that instead?
Also some random dude running a bodega is not an oligarchy but nobody said it was. Oligarchies exist and their destruction is necessary for actually competitive free markets so the random dude with a bodega is not driven out of business in the first place.

it’s still not affecting his daily life in any meaningful way. He is still worth $108 billion dollars. That can’t be said for normal people like me or others who actually do it because its the right thing to do.
I don’t know if you’re willing to believe there is no need for billionaires to ever be created or for the world to depend on the goodness of their hearts for the functioning of society.

we used to do that fine before the conception of the word “corporation”

I think in this day and age we can stop pretending public relations actually mean anything for the 12 digit club
I wonder why your mindset is like this.
At the 12 digit club it’s ALL about image. Why else would Bill Gates try to do stuff with his foundation? Why would Jeff Bezos try to fly to space with fuck you money? Why would Elon Musk enter a slap fight in twitter and end up buying the damn company?
Elon Musk literally exposed everyone’s grandma’s social security, waved a nazi salute, and turned Twitter into a CSAM generator.
They backpedaled because backpedaling was the right thing to do, not because of any fake consequences you’re imagining.
No they backpedalled because they care about their image. For them, any consequence is far preferrable to tarnishing their image or becoming irrelevant.
Egos control people who have such wealth.
And they wouldn’t do the right thing if it meant they have to admit they are wrong.

its more about the proportion of money you have vs. the money you gave. Bill can give away millions and not notice. I actually have to budget for the rest of the month to remain financially solvent.
You sound like a kid that’s easy to wow with big colourful acts. Hope you have the empathy to realize giving when you have not much yourself is far more impressive and empathetic than tossing money since it doesn’t matter whether you have it or not.

Why would you argue that we should stop doing our duties once we have cast our ballot and the candidate we support won?

but be very careful of labelling people puritanical. Everybody draws lines that when crossed make the other person untrustworthy. This should be encouraged for a healthy democracy.

Notice how the proletariat tends to win when we don’t engage in puritanical politics based off of red fascism.
I disagree. This just comes off as a half-truth. Mamdani actually is far and away the most pure candidate apart from Bernie Sanders in the whole of US politics.
what according to you is “puritanical politics based off of red facism”?
The people want inclusivity, better welfare for the working class people, better overall healthcare, debt-burden free education and we don’t want a government that’s corporate leaning, takes money from foreign interests, arrests citizens for no explainable reason, fucks up the planet for the profits of a few. We don’t want governments that support genocide, slavery or other atrocities at home or abroad.
Which part of this is “red facism”?
That’s like saying the guillotine must not inconvenience the head of the rich
