Not downvoting you, please get help and real hobbies. I quit Instagram and similar brainrot and it immensely helped my brain functions (focus, ability to form thoughts etc.), anxiety, and happiness levels.

set it to sorting by “new comments”, it’s what I did to make sure I see somewhat different things most of the time I refresh it
