This is how we get a zombie apocalypse.
People are stupid.
I have no problem with my organs going to saving or restoring lives. If my eyes can give you sight, go for it.
I would not even have a problem with my body fat going to the example of the woman who had a bad accident and received that body fat to look normal again.
But if a body builder wants to look cute, he can fuck right off, and I will fucking haunt the people using my body parts for vanity.
I understand that the line between life restoring and vanity can be argued about, but I’d say 99% of these cases is just vanity projects. Fuck those, I have zero patience or will for that. I don’t care how much money you got, I’m dead already, a billion won’t do anything
I’m an organ donor to save lives, not…this.
I fucking hate society
Every day the overwhelming urge to move far into the bush gets stronger.
“Alpha Male Cosmic Surgery” wow. Just go to the gym and use steroids like all the other pussies.
This is cannibalism
This is no more cannibalism than organ donation is, but it’s also completely unnecessary.
I get your point in the strict sense, although there’s arguably a line of reasoning from some academics who define cannibalism as the consumption of another human in some shape or form, be it literal ingestion or by slavery, and emotional or sexual exploitation, etc. This way, you are taking the aspect or essence of another person, almost to the point of becoming parasitic or opportunistic for your benefit.
And I’m only bringing this up not to contradict you or whatever, but to share this idea that I found quite fascinating when reading The Delectable Negro by Dwight McBride. Like, huh, I never imagined the stretching of a definition could go that far to support a thesis. It’s not the most exciting read, but it’s interesting nonetheless.
Note that I didn’t say it wasn’t cannibalism, just that it is as much so as organ donation. Exploitation is kind of the name of the game. Is prostitution any worse than doing physically grueling labor? Is organ donation technically different from cannibalism? Certainly, arguments can be made. They are certainly things to think about.
This is decadence at its worst.
they could liposuction my belly, i do it for an small fee, enough for half a dozen butts
This is straight up lich shit
In the back of Steinbrech’s clinic, a 68-year-old patient (who asks not to be identified by name) is prepping for an Alloclae procedure. Steinbrech calls him a “one-percenter”, as in, he’s in the highest percentile of physical fitness for his demographic. He has a full back, toned arms and a pronounced chest. Still, he’s having 100cc of treated, shelf-stable, room-temperature donor fat, collected sometime in the last six months, injected into his upper pectorals. Carefully deposited into his chest, the Alloclae will, if everything goes according to plan, pass as muscle to the naked eye. “It’s just a little enhancement,” the patient shrugs.
“It’s a common problem,” Steinbrech explains, as he marks up his patient with a magic marker, highlighting the upper chest where he will be injected. “I have all these fit, totally ripped guys that have no fat [for liposuction].” On a nearby tray, eight 12.5cc syringes are arranged, branded with the Alleclae logo, and filled with an opaque, custard yellow goo.
Wow. That’s crazy
Body dismorphia is a mental illness.
There’s no way this actually looks good in a couple years.
How vain. Is this organ donor fat, or are the donors getting paid for this somehow? We can presume it’s not fat from Israel’s supply as their “donors” don’t have any fat on them.
I mean. I don’t see the problem here, their already dead
because there’s also a ton of living people who could have their fat taken to make them healthier so some weirdo can inject it into their body.
If I were to have liposuction done and that fat was used for someone else or turned into candles, have I been harmed?
I agree this is completely pointless, but the risks are no different than organ donation, particularly living organ donors.
I know what this is callED
Originally read it as ‘pets.’
Which is much less creepy.
