Has it gotten insane in Canada too? I live in nw US and it’s gotten so expensive I don’t even buy it anymore. Easily 3-4x the price of pork.
So like, should we go in on a side of beef? Is it that time? I know a good beef guy I just don’t have a good butcher right now (my beef butcher retired and my beef guy is just my wife’s friend’s uncle who is a rancher who has offered us half a cow whenever we want one, wholesale. But like, I have a lot of food to eat to make room for that much meat. My freezer is full of ice cream)
