I never understood authoritarian leftist policies until recently. Now, I definitely still have my criticism of their implementations and conditions. But, man, the actual purpose of them make a lot of sense.
Like, what are we supposed to do when a massive part of the population is currently cheering on “bombed them to the stone age” and “destroy their entire civilization”.
Like, we gotta do something about that at some point. We just let absolute genocidal freaks poison our society forever? At some point you gotta do some reeducation. I’m open to other ideas on what to do. But I definitely understand the purpose better now.
Seems like someone like you might not fit the criteria. Maybe you are just enrolled in some weekend classes or something.
That’s the problem with these structures once they are created you hand them over to anyone who is able to use them.
I understand why these policies were implemented, in any serious communist government that wants to stay communist, but if the wrong people from inside or outside get to it, many people will suffer.
NB: I’m an anarchist, so I support Marxist revolutions and then get killed by said revolutions …
Sorry, I thought it was obvious I was talking about a post revolution society. Basically, the Parenti line of “After the revolution the liberals always ask ‘Will there be freedom for the fascist?! Can they have their newspapers!?’”
I understand the authoritarian leftist policies that are needed in that stage of development.
It’s so weird people say this when historically leftist states do actually end authoritarian policies. Like, the gulags were literally closed. Not to mention countless examples of China ending once needed and now no longer needed policies.
I think Anarchist live in a fantasy world sometimes and just like saying “the state never gives up power”. It’s like you guys try to apply the same theory to a bourgeoise run state and a proletariat run state under a communist party. History literally shows you they are massively different.
Can you maybe offer constructive criticism on how to improve them instead of just blindly acting like state power is some universal evil. After awhile it really just starts to sound like religious dogma. Like the state is some underworld character that you have to defeat.
Traffic cameras are so dystopian, just ignore the 95+% government approval rate (according to harvard not the CPC), the whole process peoples democracy, the poverty alleviation, the corruption crackdowns. More cameras clearly means more dystopia.

This implies that you got killed more than once. How did you survive that?
Rasputin has entered the chat
You are right! I have been defeated by reason and logic.
Ugh, that’s the worst! My condolences

You really don’t understand China lmao
But they have cameras! Cameras!

I’ll do us both a favor and not waste my time trying to respond to your stupidity.
