Anytime I’d make eye contact with a cop car I get pulled over.
I’ve learned it’s much easier to just release the caltrops and flip ‘em off if I see anything ski-rack-ish on top.

In Vermont, at least, there’s a second clue: Standard license plates are green with white print. State cops have dark green plates with yellow writing; town owned vehicles, including police cars, have red & white plates.
Man, I might just have to move to Vermont. First no billboards, and now easily identifiable cops? And Bernie?
