      I was going to try to argue that the restaurant is responsible for everything that happens in it but that would be bullshit. In a court of law, the restaraunt wouldn’t be held responsible. At most, their responsibility is to kick the guy out and maybe call police if they had reason to suspect he’d commit violence. If it was out of the blue and they had no way of knowing it would happen, it’s not their responsibility

      The restaurant didn’t murder the guy, but the reviewer requested a seat in the non-murdering section, so seating him right next to it loses a star.

        I mean, it’s just like the 1980s. You could request to sit in the non-smoking section, but let’s be real, the whole building smelled of smoke no matter how far away you sat. Same thing here. You’re going to catch a bit of second hand murder viewing. That’s just how it goes sometimes.
