    (Maybe four propellers & two external fuel tanks?)

    Still a C-130 tho, possibly the gunship variety (can’t see from the pic).

      Prob a EC-130 (Super J). Mainly used for electronic warfare. They can intercept/jam communications or radar and navigation systems.
