There’s two things here:
“How is only a 100 news? That’s nothing.”
And:
“It’s absolutely fucked up that our reaction to this is that it’s nothing.”
That reaction shouldn’t exist, and it’s even more fucked that most people who have that reaction don’t realise that’s a bad thing in the first place.
No one should have to go through all that just to be able to survive.
