If I remember the next part of this film the octopus starts banging the scuba diver.
“Will he put us all out of our misery?”

I want to believe this is real, but…
Based on the cartoony look of the octopus it’s probably just an art installation somewhere
I was thinking it was from a movie myself. The octopus is using its tentacles too close to how we would usearms.
