That’s what I was thinking… secondary market for replaced Steam Machine memory… but TBH, after I got downgraded from the 2TB reservation to the 512, and saw the removal of the 4K60 stat, and the problems with single channel memory, and the cancelation of the Companion Cube, I don’t even want one anymore. 😔

But realistically, it IS a bad deal financially, the only reason I kept mine at all was the aesthetic. But then I lost the wood faceplate and then the Companion Cube. 😔

The D always stood for douche. Which was a fun gimmick at first, but they’ve been freeballing a lot of their big releases recently, without any care in the world. It was ought to happen.
