          The male cast got rewritten, the tone shifted, and the writing prioritizes message over mythology. Reducing that to “you’re just mad there’s a woman” ignores basically every specific complaint that’s actually been made about the new games. The dialogue is preachy, loaded with millennial writing, race and identity choices were made for optics rather than mythological or narrative logic, we lost scale and spectacle compared to the Greek games, and there is a general softening of Kratos’s core character into someone constantly processing his feelings instead of being the berserker the series built its identity on.

          It’s wokeslop. The new era of idpol in gaming is awful and the more studios that go this route the more will go bankrupt or have severe staffing cuts.

          But yeah sure, it’s “because there’s a woman in it.” Okay

    “Wokeslop” Eh, immediately I know all that I need to know…It was probably a justified deletion because it was rancid, going to spark nasty and unproductive arguments, etc. Having read your posting history. I don’t think these mods were power tripping. They made the right call on deleting your post/comment.
