The first link you supplied is indeed about Graves that have been discovered. It doesn’t look like this is related to the stories that caught all the headlines five years ago. Ground-penetrating radar, anomalies that might be graves, etc.
It is somewhat mystifying to me why some people are resisting the process, saying that they wish the site to remain undisturbed. If they don’t know for sure that it is a burial site, why would it be sacred?
