I’m gonna guess its wackyidea’s aero theme plasma. I use it myself, its fantastic.
Need to check it immediately, it looks on point. Every other theme I saw over the years was always somewhat off. I love this aesthetic from Vista / 7 so much.
Theres another fella who forked it making vistathemeplasma which also looks great, its linked the the aero repo. Both are extremely accurate for linux windows skins. Aero FTW
