The example OP provided names LeBron, Kyrie, and J. R. Smith, all of whom played together in Cleveland. I assume they mean that the players making out are teammates, so the WNBA ruling is moot.

The NBA has 2 teams in Florida, 3 in Texas, and several more throughout the South and mid-West. At many arenas, a display contrary to good Christian values will result in security staff and any police present to immediately arrest the offending players, possibly with deadly force.
