You’re welcome. I think the “shadow” and public facing governments are aware the collapse is ever more impending, and only hope to delay it long enough to make sure the domestic surveillance - genocide apparatus is in place and operational before they escape to their bunkers.
When they tell diplomats to play down talk on that issue, it is high time to think about this and draw the right conclusion: they will happily use that kill switch.
