Ah, yes. I’ll simply associate pink with Benadryl.
For finding them in the dark, a little scented oil also works. That way you can identify them by smell.
I see people sniffing their keys in the pub all the time on the weekend, is that what they’re doing??
The feels like a lockpicking lawyer April fools video premice
“Not too long ago, my ex-girlfriend told me her new boyfriend was complaining that her back door was too tight. When I went over, I didn’t have any problem slipping right in. I even tried a few times and couldn’t figure out the issue. Well, she recently sent me a photo, and I think I see the problem…”
And the gold one for the shower stall?
My key works in the front door and the backdoor…

Who has front and back doors that are keyed differently? I have one key for all doors.
Also, most locksmiths have cool key designs you can buy. Do that instead. Maybe do some electrolysis or powder coating if you must DIY. Paint will flake off inside the lock, gum up the works, and ruin your whole day.
ruin your whole
Cheeky bastard…
Who has front and back doors that are keyed differently?
Well until I read that comment I assumed everybody lol
Who has front and back doors that are keyed differently?
My house was designed to be a duplex (despite being a single house on a 6-acre country property), so the two floors have their own separate amenities. They only connect with a rickety staircase in the basement. Otherwise, they might as well be two separate apartments.
The house is embedded in a hill, so the first floor walks out at ground level in the front yard and the second floor exits at ground level in the back yard.
My parents used to rent out the first floor when I was a kid, so that door always had a separate lock. Now, I have a buddy and his mother living in the first floor while they’re trying to get back on their feet.
Their house got foreclosed on when they were 95% paid off on their mortgage, so they lost everything. And rentals are way too expensive in my area for them to afford. So they’re staying with me until they can save enough for a home of their own.
I like that they have their own key separate from my floor. I don’t have to worry about them snooping in my home when I’m not around, and vice versa. They get a sense of privacy, knowing that I’m not just gonna walk into their home.
One is chocolate milk and the other one is strawberry
Color aside, what a terrible idea
Why do you say that?
I wouldn’t use a painted key in a lock. Any material debris in a lock adds resistance and that paint coming off in the lock pretty quickly.
I don’t know if that was the original commenters point but that’s why I wouldn’t.
I used a pained set of keys in my house locks for 13ish years and never ran in to an issue. May have been the type of paint. By the end the only print left on any of them were little splotches around the head of the key and deep in the groves.
I think if they just painted the “body” (the part that you hold) it would be much more efficient.
You wouldn’t even need to paint it since there are coloured rubber caps.
Yep, that was my point - that paint is going to rub off into the locking mechanism and be a nightmare eventually.
Paint it with colored graphite, problems solved.
Not who you responded to, but they look spray painted. That’s gonna look fine until it’s actually used, then it’ll be a flaky mess
There should be two for the pink.
Thanks, I hate it.
But what is that third one for? Sheds!?
We’ve had one, yes. But what about second
breakfastbootyhole?I dreamt once that I had a random Grindr hookup, and he showed me a brand new third hole that everyone has but nobody knows about, and then he proceeded to break that hole like he was trying to break my spine (hole was on the lower back)
Brass for the ass.
