Silksong is the sequel to hollow knight, and is well known for having taken much, much longer than people wanted to come out (r/hollowknight or whatever at one point was in a bizarre place of almost like mass psychosis as a joke where everyone was pretending it already came out because they were delirious from waiting)
So the silksong dev took a long time to come out. Which given how long silksong took, is rather fitting
If I had a penny for each indie platformer where the lead developer eventually transitioned, I’d have two pennies surprisingly
