Don’t be silly, I’ve been assured by multiple mobs on Lemmy that crypto is a scam and serves no legitimate purpose than eating electricity and facilitating scams.
Unfortunately liberals and leftist have mostly black marked it as a tech, so their has been little effort to fix those parts equability (not entirely but finding a way to make currency something controlled by the plurality of people of the world and with the features you expect from that is for some reason a niche interest in those circles).
