I’ve had an oline account for 20 plus years, there is statements, there proof of funds for online accounts. I dropped it and didn’t realize it, rare but I’ve never had a computer glitch wipe out a dime
We already have dollar coins. They’re “gold” and can be gotten by overpaying at vending machines. I haven’t bothered trying to get a roll from the bank yet.
I do agree we need higher value ones. I am curious why you specify 7 dollar coins though.
all money should be physical
currently only 1 of every 10 USD is physical and the rest are digital. I don’t know how that works so I don’t like it.
(hey you asked for unpopular opinions not good ones 😆)
You’d love Japan, then! They’re big on privacy and, as a result, cash.
I just had $40 nd dropped a $20, I just lost $20 I’d otherwise had if digital
And a computer glitch could wipe out your entire balance. How often are you dropping 20 dollars where you can’t pick it up?

Honestly, more money should be physical
We need to redo the coinage. A dime ain’t worth what it was. We need a 1, 2, 5, and 7$ coin
