    When you suck in your breath, your lungs don’t form a vacuum either. “Sucking” refers to the movement of air across a pressure differential through a rigid opening, and thus fits this scenario.

    If the passenger was blown out, it would imply that the pressure was the cause of the opening, which is not the case here.
