I’ve never been in a waffle house, nor do I even know what it is (I’m assuming it’s a breakfast restaurant but I have no idea) and I knew that was the answer. It has a reputation larger than its business.
It’s a restaurant chain that is almost always open to the point that there are some locations that didn’t even have locks on their doors until covid forced them to shit down.
If the power goes out, they switch to a gas only menu. If gas goes out, they switch to an electric only menu.
The food is not great, but very often the only option in a given town in the middle of the night. Sometimes, it’s what you need.

They’re alright. Unless the cook behind the counter is covered in tattoos. Or Mexican. Then its the best food you’ve ever had.

I’ve also never been there but I’ve heard some people get teleported there. So maybe one day I’ll be in one.

It’s not even close. Maybe Carnival Cruises could compete, but none of these restaurants can compete at Waffle House’s level.
Carnival could only compete if they were given enough time to spread noro to everyone else.
Carnivalmight only win because each ship has so many employees, but they’d take serious casualties on the way.
If it was an equal number of employees from each, Waffle House, hands down.
Depends on time of day. 5-6:30am, WH hands down. 4am, anyplace but WH.
