    They are providing nothing people actually need, and they destroy the environment and cause harm to animals and humans with their noise and vibrations.

    Also massive water and energy requirements that drives up the prices for every human.

    These things would be banned in a society where we cared about people over profits.

      I’m not sure we should keep harping on water usage. Agriculture (especially in the american southwest) uses THE VAST MAJORITY of freshwater. Its not even close.

      We should harp on the fact that they take up land, are loud, are being used for mass surveillance and state violence, and owned by billionaires. Thats reason enough to get rid of them. Oh and driving up electric bills (just got my letter this month telling me to conserve power becuase my bills going up. Theyre putting a data center here. Really pisses me off)

        Most of the water for agriculture will go back to earth and will continue the water cycle in that area. While water for data center usually evaporated, which will contributes more to draught in that area
