Sure you can look at it to determine my age, but fuck no you don’t get to take a picture of it or enter an image of my ID into some random computer. Even beyond the bullshit this article is discussing, having pictures of my ID floating around in random places is a massive risk for identity fraud.

It’s been a while since I’ve gone to a 7-11, but I don’t remember them doing that.
