nitter.net is currently replaced with a message about the C&D until zedeus (lead dev) gets legal advice on how to proceed. Xcancel.com is ok for now (or at least until an API break). EDIT: xcancel.com was also C&D-ed
I think more devs making and hosting tools like this need to get into the type of layered defensive hosting infrastructure that pirate sites use. Hard to get a c&d if they can’t track you down.
