    Have you never been asked to initial something? It means put your initials by your choice.

      i have not, even getting a card like this feels incredibly dated and uncomfortably formal. Like okay maybe if i’m invited to dinner with the king i guess??

      English is not my first language, I’ve only ever seen it in the sense of “put your initials here below this document as part of your signature”. So thanks for teaching me a thing :)
