It’s B keyed. It might fit in the socket, but you’d at best be operating at sata speeds
You don’t want to run an OS long-term off a microsd card. It’s possible, and a lot of SBCs do, but its literally my last choice of physical storage media for something I actually intend to use.
I’d get a really large capacity microsd and use the existing port or bite the bullet and get an actual 2230 M.2 NVME. Both will be less problematic.
