But I’m a mage that specializes in just killing everything I can see and kiting the ones that decide to chase me before they die. Worst case I’ll just ice block and then it becomes the healer’s problem (jk, it will be dead before it reaches the healer, just don’t stop healing the tank).
Depended on the instance we were in, of course, but most of the 5 mans would eventually get pretty boring doing it the safe way.
They shine during group encounters (like MMORPG raids), but yeah, solo it often feels like a waste of time.
