If I’m not overstepping, how often do you do yours? And do you do intramuscular or subcutaneous?
I’m asking cause I do IM (looong needle) every 3 days, which kinda really sucks 😂
I was doing sub but switched to im about four months ago cause it shows less for me. Sub was giving me bruises.
Once a week i take my shot. I recently stopped spiro too so I’m waiting for labs now to see if that had changed my t levels.
