There is a huge, giant fucking massive difference between someone that would plausibly commit rape and someone who has committed rape.
The main difference is in one case, someone gets raped.
Well, yeah. There’s a huge difference for the victim. But I wouldn’t say lack of opportunity is a moral victory for the would-be rapist.
