I was once at this bar/restaurant and the restrooms had no signage. I spent a long time trying to decipher the art. Eventually I decided that the flower must be the women’s and the mushroom must be the men’s.
Yeah they were gender neutral, but I did pick the ones with the urinals so that was convenient

I’m not sure I understand how gender neutral toilets work, it seems.
On the other hand, I prefer toilets to be divided by ‘with urinals’ and ‘without urinals’ instead of gender
Often gender neutral bathrooms are single occupancy, but not always.
