Cis men can lactate. Did everyone forget about the man who nursed his sun after the wife passed in labor.
Cis men can lactate and get ductal breast cancer, which is cancer of the milk ducts.
Its just much much rarer than cis women.
Emphasis on can. It’s rare since men have way less breast tissue (and, by extension, a much lower chance for breast cancer) and underdeveloped milk ducts. Not saying it can’t happen, just that it’s not usually the case.
Also, why do you feel the need to defend cis men’s ability to lactate? That seems…odd, to be honest
Defend? I’m saying all humans have boobs, some are just more juicy. I like all boob.
