You are comparing different things. The screen is the current Samsung generation, not an old one.
The screen breaking is something else from forming a crease. It looks like it has nothing to do with the screen itself but with the folding mechanism damaging the screen.
Huaway and Samsung use foldable phones and tablets since long time before Apple with the corresponing experience with it. Also possible as reason why they survive 500.000 foldings and Apple only 60.000-70.000
