Plot twist: they’re still gendered, but the men’s room is decorated in an exaggeratedly, stereotypical, hyper-feminine decor, a la Barbie. It has amenities that were traditionally exclusive to women’s bathrooms like a feminine hygeine product dispenser, baby changing table, etc. that are visible from the entrance. It’s also the only one with urinals, but they’re placed such that they can’t be seen from the entrance.
The other restroom is just a nice, normal restroom except one of the women on staff is posted there and whose only job is to shriek with surprise if a man opens the door.
