There’s certainly no full-scale Holocaust in Ukraine right now (though ethnic Russians were repressed by Kiev), but the current government upholds Stepan Bandera, nazi-collaborator, and Azov is a neo-nazi battalion, hence the comparison to the German Nazi party.
