They’ll help you sleep, but you won’t gradually get tired (aka drowsy), you’ll just pass out with very little warning

As Benzos are shit to get away from, I’m currently pretty happy with Trazodone.

Feels a bit like on weed and I just sleep well.

On specially bad days I switch to Xanax, but mostly I don’t need it anymore.

I mean they sure are but nowhere as unhealthy for you as alcohol. Short acting stuff like Xanax comes with problems simply because of withdrawals and rebounds. Also I am self medicating with this, it’s not prescribed.

When you say like weed, I have plenty home made hash and stuff that has lots of cbn in it. This almost feels the cleanest for sleep.

Never hear d of those. But it’s almost funny that every sleeping pill’s main side effect (or after effect) is tiredness.

I’m guessing because they can never quite replicate the effect of natural, restful sleep.

In fact, I find that few things are worse than going in to a zombie state for the next 8-12hrs, my body & mind fighting against the artificial relaxers of pills, etc. Usually it’s better for me to just tough it out and catch maybe just a couple hours of real sleep.
