But there are more people naturally dumb enough to be pro-AI than there are people naturally mean enough to be anti-immigrant. To vote for the extreme right in the 2020s, you really have to be both.
So that’s the strategy. Find ignorant people with low discernment and capacity for critical thinking, keep showing them content that makes them meaner and angrier and erodes whatever empathy they had, and pretty soon you’ve got a Republican.
