You don’t need to describe his face. You need to recall it 20 seconds later and point to him.

Walmarts tend to be pretty big and buddy doesn’t want to be found out after the interaction, so is probably nowhere in the vicinity when the customer finds someone else, not to mention it’s not obvious that he’s putting on an act, so not everyone would feel like they need to go tell on him. It’s probably more like customer asks for help and mentions Dimitri wasn’t able to help, then the employee, if they care, tries to figure out who they are talking about but the customer just wants someone to point them to the paper towels or unlock the axe spraypaints.

That requires that you find some other store-worker in under one minute and that Dimitri hasn’t moved much.

Heavy brow bone with dark thick bushy brows.

      Nose has a droopy tip.

      Weak/strong chin or jaw.

      High distinct cheekbones.

There are many ways to describe a face.

Good neoteny is forward slant to the face, near perfect symmetry, small nose and mouth, and a head to body scale of one to five.

The point is that most people cannot differentiate faces by descriptions well. There is a lot of translation involved between all the faces they know and those words. Facial recognition is much faster than word recognition in the mind. With strangers that have separate motivations and priorities, it is nearly impossible to effectively communicate this.
