Ive out our cats litter box inside a amall cabinet with a door
Then a hole in the side
It hides it completely and reduces how luch the smell spreads
I really really wanted to do this in my bathroom cabinet, but it unfortunately just ended up being too small.
I’m surprised that stuff stays on the wall - my cats would have ripped half of it down already while trying to bury their business.
I used to have an open litterbox, but my cat needed about two meters of scratching to “bury” their poop. Floor, bookcase, wall, anything.
Now that I have a covered box, they mostly stop at the wall.
That’s clearly my cat.
