They are polling their customer preference, so if their customer base is non-representative of the overall population (likely), then they should want the poll to reflect that.

For the sake of the poll, that particular bias doesn’t really matter. They are polling their customer preference, so if their customer base is non-representative of the overall population (likely), then they should want the poll to reflect that.
