    • Uninstall all drivers, reboot, reinstall all drivers.
    • Reinstall all your hardware by re-seating it.
    • Delete and recreate your user account.
    • Run chkdsk.
    • IP config for no real reason but hey text output feels like progress.
    • a dozen other steps. . .
    • Completely reformat and reinstall Windows.
