Someone in the YT comments said that
MicrosoftMicroslop just a few days ago, their stock dropped hard.
It looks like it dropped $48 per share in over a day. Another $8 (I believe) the next day.
That’s mostly because of the “AI” money circlejerk and losses they need to write off. All these companies involved are tanking hard.

Yeah im trying out every other fedi platform. Seems like they either pull directly from youtube to get the thumbnail OR they just use the embed on youtube. Lemmy is the one (from what I can tell) that has an issue with this.
It has the proper thumbnail for me on Lemmy.
How long after it was posted did you see it? Sometimes it takes a few minutes after posting for an associated image, including thumbnails, to actually appear.
I have no idea. It was instant for me. But on lemmy.world the thumbnail is not showing up.
Actually it looks more and more like a bug on their system. All the videos dont have thumbnails but ONLY on lemmy.world. That I can see anyways.
