Sammy, the odd student from chapter 14, is a dead rat in many raincoats, and being a dead rat, Sammy is thrown in the trash. Twilight is weirder than this?

As a kid I read a book about a school with 30 rooms built sideways, so an oopsie tower, where each chapter is about a student or the teacher.
