For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
I’m an atheist. I only read the bible cover to cover once, years ago, to figure out what all the hubbub was about, so I may be a bit rusty. I do seem to recall the bit about “love thy neighbour.”
