so transfems are allowed post bottom surgery? is the men’s room also being inspected the same way, or is this also blatantly misogynistic?

Many anti-trans laws are also blatantly misogynist yeah. You’ll notice the “we can always tell” crowd almost exclusively applies this to transfems. They basically pretend transmascs don’t exist.

They also just don’t think about the fact that gay/lesbian people exist.

“whew, good thing we got all the MALES out of WOMEN’S restrooms! Good thing there’s NO FEMALE PEOPLE AT ALL that could also be attracted to other women and want to perv on them too!” /s

It’s never been about protecting women, it’s just an excuse to hate trans people because why not.

We exist the second someone can criminalize our existence. If you’re out and piss in the men’s room, jail. If you follow the law and go into the women’s room while looking like a man, also jail!

I don’t think any actual bathrooms have genital inspectors. its a cartoon making fun of the way some folks are about how to keep seperate bathrooms. my thing is we should just get rid of seperate bathrooms and have either individual ones or the floor to ceiling stall thing with a common sink area. Given they have the sinke over toilet thing that also reuse water I feel like that is the way to gowith micro bathrooms
